So I’ll be honest: though I like makeup just as much as the next girl, most of my application tips comes from trial and error. Mix this, with a touch of that, use this brush for this and voila! What happens is either perfection or a tranny-licious disaster. Fortunately, I’ve found a foolproof way to perfect eye makeup with Eyes by Design.
